Everyone doing the IB is probably well aware of the concept of CAS, however depressing it might be to hear. It takes up a lot of time that could instead be well spent watching Netflix all day- I know the feeling! But Aleks and I have decided that we can prove that CAS can actually be fun!

We decided to do this by spending our time doing something that we have a strong passion for- Photography. Personally, I have gone through my whole life with a camera nearby, ready to catch beauty as it appears. I am inspired by the most simplest of details and I love to play around with angles, light balance, focus and perspective, as well as many other features that my camera can offer. Yes, I am no professional, but in my eyes one does not need to be a professional in order to love and appreciate photography.

This blog will be our showground of our favourite pictures and inspirations, and hopefully we will also be able to include work from the other aspiring photographers in our year group. Surely we cannot be the only ones who always wished that someday we could become photographers for National Geographic, as crazy as that sounds!
